International shipping costs USD 15 and is free on orders over USD 80. Shipping within Indonesia is free.
We currently do not ship to Belarus, Ukraine or Russia. Customs processing and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Replacements
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please send us a direct message on Instagram @sofi_jewelry___ within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If we confirm that your item arrived damaged or that we sent the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
